Which sportsbook is the best and most reliable? Is it better to use off shore sportsbooks?
I also want to use only legal Sportsbooks. Is it legal to use offshore sportsbooks? I don't want to be prosecuted for breaking any law by doing this, Which sites should I stay away from?

You pretty much have to use an offshore sportsbook these days since the government has cracked down on on-line gambling. But some sites are very reliable and offer great bonuses:
Bodog.com offers you a 10% deposit bonus that goes directly into your account. They are reputable but sometimes the juice on games get up to -120 and -125.
5dimes.com–My buddy has an account with them and swears by them. A very good site with some bonuses too.
